The Problem

Most men are not ruled by circumstances.
They are ruled by their reactions.

Emotion becomes interference.
Interference becomes hesitation, overreaction, or withdrawal.

This is not weakness of character.
It is lack of control.

The Operator does not eliminate emotion.
He masters it.


What Emotional Mastery Is (and Is Not)

Emotional mastery is not suppression.
Suppression leaks. It eventually explodes.

Emotional mastery is command.

You feel the emotion fully —
without letting it dictate your behavior.

Anger becomes fuel, not fire.
Fear becomes signal, not paralysis.
